Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants invites applications for a Plant HR leadership role in a manufacturing unit in Surat, India. The successful candidate will bring 15+ years of Plant HR experience and deep proficiency in HR processes at the plant level.

You will oversee manpower planning, recruitment, performance management and employee engagement, while managing industrial relations, union negotiations and talent development to support long-term succession planning.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as Plant HR in a manufacturing unit.
• Proficiency in HR elements of the plant.
• Good interpersonal skills and knowledge of various departments and their procedures.
