Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting operations for all group companies.
• Lead finalization of accounts, prepare financial statements, and coordinate with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, MSME and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor internal controls, risk management, policies, expense management, treasury, budget/MIS activities.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor and guide the finance and accounts team.
