Job summary

Dhruv Global School is seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations across all branches in India. The role reports to the CFO/Management and involves consolidating accounts, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing financial analysis to support management decisions.

The preferred candidate is a Chartered Accountant with leadership experience in managing a multi-location accounts team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, Pune District.

Qualifications

• CA qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and consolidate accounts of all branches/entities.
• Supervise and guide the Accounts team across locations.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, etc.
• Prepare and review Group-level P&L, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
• Monitor reconciliations, financial closures, and accounting accuracy.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies.
• Ensure proper accounting controls and compliance with applicable laws.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
