The Work itself

Essential Functions / Requirements for the Position

• Manage multiple engineering initiatives and feature tracks, partnering with stakeholders to gather, refine, prioritize, and deliver requirements end-to-end.
• Provide strongarchitecture and design leadership, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, well-integrated, and aligned with engineering best practices.
• Lead teams buildingbackend services, APIs, and full-stack applications, with the ability to balance speed, quality, security, and reusability.
• Bring hands-on understanding of modern software development andcoding agents/tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Codex, withunderstanding of MCP and Agent-to-Agent communication protocols being desirable.
• Work effectively acrossProduct, Test, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum teams, while driving technical clarity, execution excellence, and strong documentation practices.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Proven experience leading teams deliveringscalable APIs, platforms, and full-stack applications.

Strong understanding ofsystem architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, scalability, and security.

Hands-on experience withAI coding tools/agents such as Claude Code, Copilot-Codex.

Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience partnering acrossProduct, Test, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
