The Work itself:

Qualifications:
- Basic Qualifications: 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD. Preferred: 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD, BS or MS in computer science or related field. 12+ years of Software Development Experience or a Masters with 9+ years of Software Development Experience in designing, development, and supporting large‑scale applications.
- More than 3 years of leadership experience with direct people management.
- In‑depth understanding of agile principles.
- Demonstrate expertise in running Agile teams in an enterprise setting of 10+ members; lead multiple scrum team members made up of both full‑time employees and contractors; deliver the product despite complex technical interdependencies with cross‑geographical teams; provide technical leadership to product development team by participating in design, performing design reviews, code reviews, and quality engineering.
- Build a culture of engineering excellence (quality, security, performance, scalability, availability, resilience, etc.); partner with remote teams to ensure alignment across product development; drive down technical debt and cost of operations/support; manage the prioritization and delivery of enhancements and bug‑fixes on platform; ensure the process for incident management, change management, problem management, and quality management are followed.
