Job summary

KP Group in Ahmedabad seeks an IT Manager to plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks, while assisting the IT head in leading and training staff. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT management experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of standard computer hardware and software
• Experience with Microsoft server and Active Directory
• Experience with network administration (Cisco cert a plus)
• Experience managing on-prem servers, SAN, NAS
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SAP B1 and Cloud platforms

• Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company
• Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems
• Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components
• Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Below are the qualifications expected of an IT manager:

• Bachelor’s degree or a related field
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in IT management
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems
• Experience in Microsoft server and active directory.
• Experience with network administration (Cisco certification is a plus)
• Experience managing on-premises servers, storage area networks (SAN), and network-attached storage (NAS) devices
• Familiarity with our software platforms, including Microsoft 365, SAP B1 and Cloud.
