Karma CPA is seeking an experienced IT Manager to own and oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring servers, network, email, and business apps run smoothly. You will lead a small support team, manage vendors, and drive planning, reporting, and security initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 8–15 years in IT with a background in Windows servers, AD, cloud apps, and ERP user support; CCNA/MCSE preferred. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Servers and Network: manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, file sharing; maintain LAN/Wi‑Fi; coordinate ISP connectivity.
• Security and Backup: configure firewalls, manage antivirus and patch updates; run backups and test restores.
• Email and Cloud: administer Office 365 and Google Workspace; manage licenses and mailbox backups; support video conferencing.
• User Support and Hardware: lead helpdesk for desktops, printers, CCTV, and peripherals; remote support; SAP/ERP user support.
• Management: track inventory, warranties, and AMCs; negotiate with vendors; provide IT reports to management.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Manager to take full ownership of our IT infrastructure. You will keep our servers, network, email, and business applications running smoothly, protect company data, and lead a small support team. You should be comfortable with both day-to-day troubleshooting and planning, vendor management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Servers and Network

• Manage Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers, and coordinate with ISPs on connectivity issues.

Security and Backup

• Configure and monitor firewalls (Sophos, SonicWall, Cyberoam), including policies, content filtering, and VPN.
• Manage antivirus and patch updates (Quick Heal, eScan, Symantec).
• Run daily backups on server, NAS, or Acronis, and test restores regularly.

Email and Cloud

• Administer Office 365 and Google Workspace: user creation, licences, OneDrive/Teams access, and mailbox backup for exiting staff.
• Support video conferencing (Teams/Zoom) for meeting rooms.

User Support and Hardware

• Lead helpdesk support for Windows and Mac desktops and laptops (HP, Dell, Lenovo), printers, CCTV, biometric systems, and smartboards.
• Set up new systems, install software, and provide remote support.
• Support SAP / ERP users in coordination with vendors.

Management

• Maintain hardware, software, and licence inventory, and track warranties and AMCs.
• Negotiate with vendors and follow up on service commitments.
• Guide the IT team and share regular IT reports with management.

Who You Are

• 8 to 15 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years as IT In-charge, IT Manager, or System Administrator
• Graduate or diploma in IT / Computer Science / Hardware and Networking (CCNA or MCSE preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on minimum downtime
• Clear communicator who works well with staff, management, and vendors
• Reliable, organised, and ready to handle urgent issues
• Experience in schools, design/media, real estate, or manufacturing is a plus
