Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, M&A docs).
• Manage IPR portfolios, including trademark and copyright registrations, renewals, and infringement monitoring.
• Provide legal support for corporate transactions, due diligence, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain internal legal policies.
• Coordinate with external advocates for litigation support and dispute resolution.
