Job summary

• Familiarity with Indian trademark, design, and copyright laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements; conduct legal research relating to contractual matters.
• Handle trademark searches, applications, examination reports, oppositions, and portfolio maintenance before the Indian Trade Marks Registry.
• Prepare and file design and copyright applications, handle prosecution matters, and respond to objections.
• Assist in commercial disputes, draft pleadings, applications, notices, case briefs, and chronologies while coordinating with counsel.
