Job summary

YoHo Designs seeks a Senior Interior Designer in Bengaluru to lead interior design projects using Sketchup, Vray, AutoCAD, and Excel. You will coordinate with clients, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure timely delivery with accurate documentation.

The role requires strong communication, ability to supervise junior designers, and the capacity to plan workloads while upholding company values and culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in interior design or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Sketchup, Vray, AutoCAD, Excel.
• Experience handling clients and projects independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects per design project requirements.
• Can project workload for the team.
• Site visits and KYC/site validation.
• Proactive, team player, and capable of inspiring junior designers.
• Maintain culture and company values.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for clients from project assignment to handover.
• Handle clients and projects independently.
• Ensure MOMs of meetings are shared.
• Ensure error-free site validation documents and drawings are ready on time.
• Ensure estimation is error-free and ready on time.
• Coordinate with inter-team for smooth project completion.
• Site visits for KYC and site validation or handover.
• Selection visits for wallpaper, lights and curtains (virtual).
• Project workload planning for the team.
• Inspire junior designers and maintain company culture.

Senior Interior Designer:-

• Excellent knowledge of Sketchup, Vray, Autocad, Excel
• Degree in interior Design or Architecture/ relevant experience
• One point of contact for client from project assigning to till handover
• Experience in handling clients and projects independently
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to manage projects effectively as per DPR
• Must be able to project workload for team
• Good Material and hardware knowledge
• Creating 3D shell in sketchup when required
• Ensuring MOM of meetings are shared at the end of every meeting
• Ensuring error free site validation documents, supplemental drawings are ready on time
• Ensuring estimation is error free and ready on time
• Excellent Inter team co ordination for smooth project completion
• Must be able to grasp instructions and concepts quickly
• Site visit for kyc, site validation, either installation(before deep cleaning) or handover
• Selection visits for wallpaper,lights and curtains whenever required (virtual)
• Need to be proactive
• Must be a team player. Must be able to inspire Juniors designers to work efficiently
• Must have a good eye for creative design
• Must mainatain good culture and company values at the table

Targets- 15-22 lac for woodwork and 3 lac for supplimental per month
