Job summary

MetLife is seeking an operations analyst in Jaipur to manage RFP logging, decryption of secure links, and renewal processing for groups ranging from 2 to 5000+ lives. The role involves daily operational tasks and data analysis of group products such as Life, disability, and Vision insurance, focusing on renewals and New Business requests.

The candidate will work within MetLife systems and brokerage workflows to ensure accurate registration and timely renewals, supporting regional renewal

Qualifications

• Familiarity with RFP logging and brokerage interactions.

Responsibilities

• Register RFPs from brokerage community within MetLife systems.
• Decrypt secured links and manage renewal group records (2–4999 and 5000+ lives).
• Perform daily operations tasks and support renewal and NBL requests.
• Analyze data for group products such as Life, LT Disability, ST Disability, and Vision.

Job description

1. Position responsible for registering Request for Proposals (RFP), decrypting the secured links, and renewing groups with 2 to 4999 (Regional Market Renewal) and more than 5000 Lives (NA Renewal). This cluster of 4 processes consists of responsibilities currently performed by the Underwriting Associates and New Business Coordinators when registering (logging/assigning) RFP’s from the brokerage community within MetLife U.S. Affiliate systems. The associate will be required to perform daily operations functions. Analyze data associated with Group products such as Life, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, and Life and Vision products while dealing with renewal and NBL requests.
