Overview

We’re seeking passionate individuals for the role of Senior Solar Inspection Engineers in India. Join our team to ensure excellence in renewable energy projects, including solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, and inverters.

Location: Project sites across India

Experience Required: 6–10 years in QC and PV Module technical roles

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate and enhance inspection methodologies
• Lead project kickoff meetings with suppliers
• Conduct on-site verifications based on 5M principles
• Manage testing schedules for timely execution
• Analyze manufacturing/testing activities and provide insights
• Prepare detailed inspection reports
• Coordinate inspection teams as per project schedules
• Communicate findings, suggest enhancements, and report to the Project Manager

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 3-year technical diploma
• Proficiency in technical drawings, specifications & procedures
• Strong communication, ethical standards, and problem‑solving skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and renewable energy systems

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to dedicate 80%+ time to inspection sites
• Openness to travel within India and internationally
