Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, timely, accurate and customer‑focused HR transactional services and data administration to employees, managers and other HR professionals.
- Maintain service level agreement metrics and overall client satisfaction using the case‑management system.
- Analyze work‑process design and flow for the People Services team and collaborate with internal and external clients and vendors to implement improvements.
- Prioritize, allocate and action daily tasks to meet SLA requirements.
- Ensure process trainings are completed, queries are raised and clarified to support smooth flow of process.
- Build and nurture constructive relationships with onshore teams and internal colleagues from other business areas, contributing to team efforts and meetings.
- Consistently provide excellent service, meeting and exceeding SLAs and performance targets.
- Model a customer‑first approach and continuously improve processes, quality standards and compliance via the CORE framework.
- Comply with corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Monitor day‑to‑day performance metrics, ensuring clear SLA and KPI alignment with positive employee experience; use metrics to demonstrate shared services value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- 6–8+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience managing high‑volume HR requests and data administration supporting end‑to‑end hire‑to‑retire activities.
- Data administration experience in a shared services center is an advantage.
- Experience managing data in HRIS systems and/or using Workday preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a high‑pace, deadline‑driven atmosphere.
- Ability to learn processes, policies and apply CORE principles for continuous improvement.
- Team‑work orientation and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong computer skills or aptitude.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones.
