Job summary

Mindtel is seeking a seasoned Sr. Hotel Operations Manager to propel property performance across India. You will lead and mentor department heads to optimize guest satisfaction, staff productivity, and cost control while driving revenue growth across multiple properties.

In this role, you will implement KPI dashboards for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and guest feedback, and collaborate with finance, sales and tech teams to ensure ROI-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multi-property hotel operations with KPI focus.
• Strong leadership of F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Knowledge of PMS, RMS, GEM, CRM and OTA channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of one or more hotel properties, ensuring guest satisfaction and staff productivity.

We’re scaling rapidly and seeking a seasoned Sr. Hotel Operations Manager to lead and elevate our property performance across India.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of one or more hotel properties, ensuring guest satisfaction, staff productivity, and adherence to brand/service standards.


• Lead and mentor department heads (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering) to optimize performance, reduce operational costs, and drive revenue growth.


• Implement and monitor KPIs for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction scores — ensuring continuous improvement and ROI-focused decisions.


• Collaborate with finance and sales to forecast budgets, manage P&L, and align operational strategies with commercial goals.


• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, licensing, and local regulatory requirements across all properties under management.


• Drive digital transformation initiatives — from PMS, CRM, and inventory systems to staff scheduling tools — to enhance efficiency and guest personalization.
