Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Finance Professional to join the MEAP region's Finance team. You will partner with project acquisition, execution, and service operations to drive financial transparency and performance across the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.

You will lead a regional finance support team, champion standardization and digitalization initiatives, and contribute to strategic projects including transformations and carve-out activities.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience in project business, service operations, project execution, sales support, bid management or commercial project management would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, planning, forecasting and business analytics.

• Aggregate, analyze and present business data to support monthly performance reviews, forecasting processes and annual planning cycles.

Our Compression Service organization is looking for a highly driven and self-motivated Senior Finance Professional to join our Finance team supporting the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.

In this role, you will partner closely with project acquisition, project execution, service operations, finance teams in the region, regional HUB management, regional and global management of CP and Global Business Controlling team, supporting business performance through financial insights, reporting, forecasting processes, governance and digital transformation initiatives. Your contributions will help drive transparency, operational excellence and informed decision-making across the region.

You will act as a process champion with a continuous focus on standardization, automation and digitalization. The role includes supporting the Finance Head on commercial and financial topics, management reporting, planning and forecasting processes, governance initiatives and special projects.

In addition, the role involves leading a regional finance support team responsible for reporting, analytics, forecasting support, process standardization and digitalization initiatives across MEAP. You will also support strategic initiatives including business transformation projects, M&A activities and carve-out programs.

How You’ll Make an Impact.

• Drive automation, digitalization and process improvement initiatives using SAP, SAC, Power BI, Alteryx, AI-enabled solutions and other digital tools.
• Support governance, compliance and internal control initiatives across the regional service organization.
• Lead and coordinate special projects including organizational transformations, restructuring initiatives, M&A integration activities and carve-out projects.
• Lead and develop a regional business analyst team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support ad-hoc management requests and cross-functional initiatives

What You Bring.

• Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 8-10 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience in project business, service operations, project execution, sales support, bid management or commercial project management would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, planning, forecasting and business analytics.
• Experience with SAP and modern reporting and analytics tools; knowledge of SAC, Power BI, Alteryx and AI-enabled digital solutions is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams, drive change and work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
