Job Details

Job location: Bengaluru.

Provide technical support of Navitas high power products, including GaN and SiC, as well as system level support to key customers for high power AC-DC, DC-DC, and DC-AC applications.

Perform technical analysis of circuits and boards to resolve issues, meet customer criteria, or benchmark against competitors’ products.

Work on proof of concepts, demonstrators, and reference solutions to support customers and build system knowledge.

Collect market information and feedback to determine market requirements and trends.

Prepare and conduct product/application level training for customers and partners.

Act as a bridge between internal marketing, sales, and development organizations across regions, and external customers and distributors, managing stakeholders to support strategy setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field. Experience in Data Center, Solar, ESS, Inverter, or OBC/DCDC is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of FAE, AE, or RD experience in a semiconductor or high-power design company, focused on industrial or automotive power applications.
• Deep understanding of high power stage design, including gate drivers, control loops, transformers, and power FETs.
• Understanding of switching power components such as MOSFETs and IGBTs; experience with GaN and SiC MOSFETs is a plus.
