Jobitus in Kolkata seeks a sales operations professional to manage sampling requirements, coordinate RFQ activity, and ensure timely communication with customers. You will support senior staff, maintain MIS reports, and drive order-related processes across departments.

The role emphasizes rapid responsiveness, accurate information flow, and teamwork to achieve sales targets in the garments export sector.

Qualificações

• 3-4 years of experience in sales of garments/export industry in a target-oriented role.
• Excellent communication skills (Oral & Verbal).
• In-depth knowledge of the textile and garment industry.
• Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Working on sampling requirements and updating customers at every stage.
• Ensure all order-related information (approved samples, color standards, shade and quality approvals) are received on time.
• Ensure timely reporting of prospects feedback/ complaints with required information to the concerned department.
• Communicate and coordinate with customer on RFQ, samples and order-related work.
• Coordinate with other departments for sourcing/RFQ/sampling/quality/finance/logistics to support business conversion and account management.
• Assist the team on sales operations for business conversion and account management.
• Data management / Maintain MIS for efficient reporting.
• Be proactive and swift in tasks assigned by senior team member and manager.
• Assign tasks and lead junior team members.
• Understand the organization's sales targets and work with the team to achieve them.

• Working on sampling requirements - Outstanding sampling position
  update to customers at every stage.
• Ensure order related all information – approved samples, color
  standards are received on time, shade and quality approvals are
  received on time.
• Ensure timely reporting of prospects feedback / complaint with
  required information to concerned department.
• Communicate and co-ordinate with customer on RFQ, samples and
  order related work
• Co-ordinating with other departments for sourcing/ RFQ/ sampling/
  quality/ finance/ logistics related work that helps in business
  conversion and account management
• Assist the team members on sales operations for business

Qualifications

• Textile Graduate/Diploma from Textile/ NIFT/equivalent/other reputed
  institute
• 3-4 years of experience in sales of garments/apparel exports industry in
  similar target-oriented capacity/relevant role
• Must possess excellent communication skills (Oral & Verbal)
• In depth knowledge of the textile and garment industry
• Must have hands-on experience in MS Excel, word, PowerPoints
