• Analyze market trends to optimize procurement costs, review product quality, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier agreements, while generating reports on procurement costs and performance.

Company started it’s business in year 1980 as a small proprietary venture to design, develop, manufacture & market these pumps starting with small, low cost, general purpose gear pumps as a standard product readily available though network of dealers. The company followed brick & mortar economy with consistence commitment to produce quality embedded product. Company also addressed the typical pumping problem peculiar while handling viscous liquid and also offered free guidance in selective, installing & using such pumps to ensure constant growth of the company and expand into OE & Project business.

Job Summary

This incumbent manages an organization's procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality acquisition of goods and services. Key responsibilities include vendor selection, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, and tracking inventory levels. Maintain records, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Supplier & Vendor Management: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate offers, negotiate contract terms, and build lasting relationships.
• Procurement & Ordering: Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders (POs), and manage the purchasing lifecycle, including tracking deliveries.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and assist with demand forecasting.
• Cost & Quality Optimization: Analyze market trends to optimize procurement costs, review product quality, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier agreements, while generating reports on procurement costs and performance.
