Job summary

Oxford Placement invites a BE/B.Tech (Chemical) with 8-10 years of experience in continuous/batch agrochemical processes to monitor DCS and field operations. The role requires ensuring safe start-up, shutdown and changeovers, along with production planning and efficient use of facilities.

You will manage manpower, utilities and raw materials while upholding ISO/EHS norms and driving process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech(Chem) with 8-10 yrs exp of continuous/Batch process in Agrochemical plant.
• Should be dynamic & proactive with excellent communication, leadership & decision making skill.

Responsibilities

• Monitor DCS and field plant operations in AgroChemical plant.
• Ensure safe start-up, shutdown and changeover processes.
• Production planning and optimal use of production facilities.
• Oversee manpower, utilities and raw materials management.
• Ensure ISO/EHS compliance and drive process improvements.
