Job summary

Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited, a subsidiary of SHRI MAHAVIR FERRO ALLOYS PRIVATE LIMITED, seeks a Senior Executive - Pellet Mechanical to manage shift-wise mechanical maintenance in our Pellet Plant.

You will drive uptime, plan preventive maintenance and shutdowns, coordinate spare parts and manpower, lead the maintenance team, and ensure safety, EMS/IMS, and ERP-based maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance in a Pellet Plant.
• Experience in shift maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Good manpower planning, team management, and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and equipment reliability skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, maintenance documentation, and ERP-based maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant uptime and support production targets through effective shift maintenance.
• Attend to mechanical breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance, shutdowns, and CLTI schedules.
• Ensure timely shift handovers, maintenance logbook updates, and equipment availability reporting.
• Coordinate manpower planning, spare parts availability, and timely requisition of maintenance materials.
• Identify maintenance abnormalities, raise notifications in the ERP system, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for major breakdowns.
• Conduct toolbox talks, ensure PPE compliance, and promote safe working practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, Integrated Management System (IMS), and EHS standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to shop-floor maintenance team members.
