Vtransport is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities. The role requires coordinating with vendors, warehouse teams, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operation and timely deliveries.

You will monitor POs, track shipments, maintain records, and prepare standard MIS reports. The position emphasizes cost optimization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day supply chain and operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse teams, transporters, and internal departments.
• Monitor purchase orders, material availability, dispatches, and delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, purchase orders, and dispatch documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers and logistics partners regarding pending orders, delays, and delivery discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and support process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and applicable procedures.
• Resolve supply chain-related issues through effective coordination and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with the finance team for invoice verification, vendor payments, and reconciliation, wherever required.
