We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - Learning & Development (Voice & Accent Trainer) to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Voice & Accent Training, Communication Skills, and Soft Skills Training within the Healthcare BPO/RCM environment. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing employees' verbal communication, customer interaction, pronunciation, accent neutralization, and overall professional effectiveness. A Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related discipline is preferred. Train the Trainer (TTT) certification will be considered an added advantage. The role requires flexibility to work in night shifts and collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to drive learning initiatives and performance outcomes. 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development with at least 2-3 years specializing in Voice & Accent Training. Note: Flexibility to work night shifts is mandatory. Candidates with Train the Trainer (TTT) certification and prior RCM industry experience will be given preference.
