ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a passionate HR professional with 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, specifically for the Talent Management (TM) segment. This role will report to the AGM - HR. Location: Coimbatore Work Model: Onsite

What you’ll be doing:

1. Managing the employee life cycle - from onboarding to exit.
2. Driving employee engagement activities and new culture-building initiatives.
3. Handling grievances and employee concerns with empathy.
4. Doing attrition analysis and sharing insights with management.
5. Working closely with stakeholders to run HR projects smoothly.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
