The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of MDM experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools to drive data-driven improvements across global business services.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance.
• Proven ability to manage supplier and customer master data quality and governance.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Supplier and Customer Master Data with governance.
• Perform data creation, maintenance, validation, cleansing and enrichment activities.
• Monitor data quality metrics and resolve duplicates and integrity issues.
• Drive continuous improvements to data quality and operational efficiency.
• Analyze master data trends and prepare operational reports, dashboards and metrics.
• Leverage MS Excel and reporting tools to support data analysis and decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve master data issues and enforce data standards.
• Support data governance initiatives and audits across MDM processes.
• Act as SME for supplier and customer master data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data creation, maintenance, validation, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
• Monitor data quality metrics and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and integrity issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and process effectiveness.
• Analyze master data trends and prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Leverage advanced MS Excel and reporting tools to support data analysis and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve master data issues and ensure adherence to data standards.
• Support data governance initiatives, audits, and implementation of best practices across MDM processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for supplier and customer master data operations.
