Job summary

ALS Testing Services India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking an Executive to join our IT support team.

You will install and configure operating systems and business applications, apply updates, and resolve IT issues within a regulated environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science and at least four years of IT and pharmaceutical industry experience, with familiarity of GxP and data integrity standards like ALCOA+.

• Serve as the first point of contact for user help requests via tickets, phone, or chat.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of company hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all computer systems follow GxP (Good Practice Quality Guidelines) and FDA rules like 21 CFR Part 11 for electronic records.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and data integrity rules (ALCOA+).

Core Competencies

• Knowledge on pharmaceutical CSV validation assignments including implementation of new systems, re-validation of existing computerized systems.
