Job summary

ALS is a global scientific testing company seeking support across coordination and sales data management. The role involves coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, and ensuring proper documentation for sample shipments and registrations.

You will liaise with internal technical teams and laboratories to facilitate feasibility, subcontracting, and timely data tracking, contributing to a healthier future through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, including scheduling appointments and addressing concerns.
• Manage sales data, such as customer information and sales reports.
• Maintain tracker for Quotation shared.
• Reviewing sales requirement for testing feasibility and coordinate with technical team for feasibility and any subcontracting requirement.
• Getting quotations for parameters to be outsourced with local laboratories and within ALS global laboratories.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
• Coordinating with other laboratories for subcon sample repots.
• Arrange sampling materials.
• Coordinate courier partners to arrange for sample pick up and shipment local and international with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Registration team for timely registration of samples received by providing necessary requirements for registration.
• Maintaining updated tracker for samples registered with proper pricing and PO.
• Maintaining updated tracker for Test report and Invoice dispatch.
