Job summary

corrohealth is seeking a Medical Coder in India to extract information from patient records, assign CPT/HCPCS/ICD codes, and ensure accuracy and compliance with coding policies.

You will perform chart audits, verify alignment with doctor diagnoses, stay updated on coding changes, and support billing with clear documentation. Requires Life Science degree and 2–4 years of coder experience with CPC/COC/CRC/CPCP or CCS/CCSP/CCA.

Qualifications

• Life Science graduation or equivalent with Anatomy/Physiology as main subjects
• 2 to 4 years of work experience as a medical coder
• Certification CPC, COC, CRC, CPCP from AAPC or CCS, CCSP, CCA from AHIMA
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong people skills & outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
