Job Description -:

• Performing various activities under Telecom Fraud Monitoring Operations such as...
• a) Perform near real-time monitoring through FMS with effective closure of fraud alerts
• b) Conduct CDR analysis, routing patterns, customer alert history & call testing to determine nature of traffic
• c) Brainstorming & designing new rules to cover different telecom frauds in Voice, MMX & TC-MOVE and validation of existing rule (Market Intelligence)
• d) Periodical review of configured rules
• e) Performing Audit/Quality Check (QC) of alerts closed by team
• f) Preparation of MIS and Reports for Senior Management
• g) Work in rotational shifts and ensure proper shift handovers
• h) Work closely with Internal teams and support team as and when required
• i) Internal data management / Updating the relevant master files
• 2): Conduct timely and thorough Investigation of Fraud dispute cases / fraudulent usage i.e., analysis of fraud dispute cases and taking corrective actions.
