Job summary

Zenith Industrial Rubber Products is seeking a Senior Executive Fire & Safety to lead the organization’s Fire & Safety function. You will head the program, manage a team of four fire officers, and drive prevention, protection, and emergency response across production and support areas.

The role requires ensuring compliance with fire, safety, factory and statutory requirements, conducting risk assessments, inspections and drills, and developing SOPs and emergency plans.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in industrial Fire & Safety, preferably in manufacturing.
• Graduation in any discipline.
• ADIS / Diploma in Industrial Safety + NEBOSH Certification.
• Experience in Rubber / Tyre / Polymer / Chemical / Process Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management and team-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Head the overall Fire & Safety function across the organization.
• Lead and manage a team of 4 Fire Officers.
• Ensure effective fire prevention, protection and emergency response systems.
• Conduct HIRA, Risk Assessments, Safety Audits and regular plant inspections.

• Conduct fire drills, emergency mock drills and safety training programs.
• Monitor safety practices across Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and other plant areas.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure contractor safety and compliance with Permit-to-Work systems.
• Develop and implement safety procedures, SOPs and Emergency Response Plans.
• Prepare Safety MIS, reports and management dashboards.
