Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com).
• 5-10 years of experience in internal audit and accounting.
• Experience with GST, TDS, and financial compliance.

Responsabilités

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and tax consultants.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting operations along with internal audit activities to ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, proper internal controls, and effective financial processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory workings and filings.
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and tax consultants.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
