Role Overview

As a Senior Executive - 3D Designer, you will create high-impact visualizations that help clients clearly understand design concepts, improve proposal success rates, and reduce design iteration cycles.

Must-Have Criteria

• Experience in commercial interior fit-out / workplace design
• Demonstrated expertise in high-quality 3D visualization and rendering
• Hands‑on proficiency in industry-standard 3D and rendering tools

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Senior Architects to understand design intent
• Develop detailed 3D models from 2D drawings and concepts
• Create photorealistic interior and exterior renderings
• Translate conceptual designs into compelling visual presentations
• Support business pitches through strong visual storytelling
• Customize visual outputs based on client feedback and preferences
• Deliver quick visualization outputs during client discussions and negotiations
• Build and maintain an internal design asset library for efficiency
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high quality across all visual outputs

Experience & Skills

Required Experience: 3-6 years of experience in 3D visualization

Education

Preferred: Experience in commercial interior fit-outs/workplace design

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field

Technical Skills
