Aadhya Animatics is seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer with 3+ years of experience in architectural visualization and 3D walkthroughs. You will transform CAD drawings and floor plans into photorealistic walkthroughs, cinematic flythroughs, and high-quality renders for diverse developments.

The role covers modeling, lighting, textures, materials, animation, and post-production across the full production pipeline, delivering projects on time with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Architectural Visualization or 3D Walkthrough projects.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Blender, or Autodesk Maya.
• Strong experience with V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or D5 Render.
• Excellent understanding of architectural modeling, lighting, composition, and photorealistic rendering.
• Experience creating walkthrough videos, flythroughs, camera animations, and scene optimization.
• Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented 3D visualizer with 3+ years of professional experience in architectural visualization and 3D walkthrough videos. The ideal candidate should have expertise across the complete 3D production pipeline, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and post-production.

You will transform architectural concepts, CAD drawings, and floor plans into photorealistic 3D walkthrough videos, cinematic flythroughs, and high-quality still renders for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models from CAD drawings, floor plans, and architectural references.
• Produce photorealistic 3D walkthrough videos, cinematic flythroughs, and high-quality still renders.

• Experience creating 360 walkthroughs, VR presentations, or interactive architectural experiences. (Plus)

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Animation, Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
