Senior Executive - 3D Designer

Role Overview

As a Senior Executive - 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating high‑impact visualizations that help clients clearly understand design concepts, improve proposal success rates, and reduce design iteration cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Senior Architects to understand design intent
• Develop detailed 3D models from 2D drawings and concepts
• Create photorealistic interior and exterior renderings
• Translate conceptual designs into compelling visual presentations
• Support business pitches through strong visual storytelling
• Customize visual outputs based on client feedback and preferences
• Deliver quick visualization outputs during client discussions and negotiations
• Build and maintain an internal design asset library for efficiency
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high quality across all visual outputs

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in 3D visualization
• Experience in commercial interior fit‑out or workplace design preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in high‑quality 3D visualization and rendering
• Hands‑on proficiency in industry‑standard 3D and rendering tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D visualization and rendering expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial design
• High attention to detail and visual accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpretation skills for design concepts
