Job summary

Providence India seeks an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Product Manager to lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives using the ServiceNow platform. You will own product strategy, architecture, and stakeholder alignment across enterprise GRC programs including IRM, BCM, and TPRM.

You will collaborate with security, audit, compliance, and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions and drive standardization of risk management processes.

Qualifications

• 10–16 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC / IRM solution design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with IRM, BCM, TPRM, Policy & Compliance, Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance standards.
• Experience in creating solution architecture and product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions forIRM, BCM, TPRM, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Risk & Control Frameworks.
• Conduct business analysis, requirement gathering, process assessment, and stakeholder workshops.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive enterprise governance and standardization for risk and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with security, audit, legal, vendor management, and business teams.
• Define governance models, workflows, KPIs, reporting, and operational dashboards.
• Provide consulting and thought leadership on risk management, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure successful solution delivery through coordination with development and implementation teams.
• Support solution estimation, architecture reviews, and proposal creation.

The ideal candidate will lead enterprise governance, risk, and compliance transformation initiatives using the ServiceNow platform. The role involves solution architecture, product strategy, stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and implementation governance for enterprise-wide GRC/IRM programs.
