The role focuses on driving ServiceNow product initiatives, gathering requirements, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into scalable solutions for the employee experience.

• Conduct workshops and discussions with HR business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Define product roadmap, priorities, and process improvements for employee experience initiatives.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination, and release management activities.
• Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and platform performance improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrations and enterprise workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices for ServiceNow Employee Experience solutions.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in driving ServiceNow product initiatives, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, process optimization, and translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, HR teams, architects, developers, QA teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality employee experience solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
