Job summary

HCLTech in Hyderabad is seeking a software professional to maintain existing features, fix bugs, and support new developments according to business and client requirements.

The role involves providing client support with data presentation, ticket resolution, and ensuring on-time delivery, while also creating enhancement documents for CMMi and client needs. You will guide junior developers and contribute to project success.

Responsibilities

• To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs, and support enhancements/new developments based on business/client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
• To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
• To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements.
• To provide technical guidance to junior developers.
