Responsibilities include analysis, development, testing, and deployment of Guidewire solutions, applying DevSecOps practices, and ensuring security and reliability across applications.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes, develops, tests, debugs, documents, and deploys Guidewire software solutions according to standards and best practices.
• Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure applications, integrations, and data are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Uses DevSecOps practices and tooling to support build, deployment, testing, and release activities.
• Configures, enhances, and supports Guidewire components including product model configuration, business rules, workflows, integrations, APIs, and related services.
• Supports continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice, and innovation.
• Helps manage assigned project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with guidance as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BTech/BE in Computer Science or related degree. Technology experience or non-traditional certificates may substitute an undergraduate degree.
• Experience: 3+ years of technology experience. 2+ years working with Guidewire INOW applications, configurations, or integrations is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript; strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Soft Skills & Attributes: Effective communication, analytical and problem-solving mindset, ability to work in agile and global environments, time management and prioritization, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Insurance/financial services industry knowledge is a plus.

Reporting Structure: Reports to Manager.
Working Hours: Aligned to India business hours with flexibility for global collaboration.
Location Flexibility: Hybrid with periodic in-office collaboration.
