Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
• Six+ years of technology experience; three+ years with Guidewire applications, configurations or integrations preferred.
• Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs, configures, develops, tests, debugs, documents, and deploys Guidewire solutions in an agile environment.
• Applies secure software and systems engineering practices to protect applications, integrations, and data.
• Uses DevSecOps tooling to support build, deployment, testing, and release activities.
• Configures and enhances Guidewire workflows, rules, and integrations; develops integrations using APIs and messaging across Guidewire and adjacent platforms.
• Troubleshoots defects, performance issues, and production issues; drives timely resolution with peers.
• Collaborates with product, QA, and architecture teams to clarify requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Drives continuous improvement and learning through training and practice; manages medium- to large-sized projects; collaborates across India and global teams.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

Analyzes, designs, configures, develops, tests, debugs, documents, and deploys Guidewire solutions according to standards in an agile environment. Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to help protect applications, integrations, and data from threats and vulnerabilities. Uses DevSecOps practices, tooling, and techniques to support build, deployment, testing, and release activities. Configures and enhances Guidewire workflows, rules, product model components, integrations, and supporting services. Develops and supports integrations using APIs, messaging, batch processes, and data exchange patterns across Guidewire and adjacent platforms. Troubleshoots defects, performance issues, and production support items and drives timely resolution with peers and partner teams. Partners with product, QA, architecture teams to clarify requirements and deliver workable, scalable solutions. Drives continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice, and innovation. Manages medium- to large-sized project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables proactively. Collaborates effectively across India and global teams while adhering to company standards, security expectations, and engineering practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree. Technology experience or non-traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree.

Experience: Six or more years of technology experience. Three or more years of experience working with Guidewire applications, configurations, or integrations is preferred.
