Job summary

PCB Power in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, seeks a skilled Quality Control professional to lead the QC team and ensure 100% defect-free product supply. The role focuses on defect analysis, customer communications, and ISO/5S/six sigma compliance within electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities include corrective actions, data presentation in daily meetings, and maintaining ISO documents. 4+ years in process industry with electronics QC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE Electronics/Chemical or BSc/MSc in Chemistry.
• 4+ years’ experience in process industry.
• Quality control in electronics manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outgoing product quality with zero customer complaints.
• Implement corrective actions for deviations in process parameters.
• Daily root cause analysis for production defects.
• Present data in daily quality meetings.
• Follow random process parameter checks and operating guidelines.
• Maintain ISO documentation and conduct internal ISO audits.
• Evaluate new raw materials and provide feedback.
• Suggest improvements to current production processes.
• Resolve production process issues or escalate to Group Leader.
• Communicate with customers for quality observations or certificates.
• Oversee FQC-Electrical testing department quality.
• Assist in hiring, training, performance evaluation.

Purpose of Position :-

This position is responsible for overall quality control of manufactured products. Responsible to manage QC team, customer support for any quality related/ technical concern and ensure 100% defect free product supply to customer.

Qualification Required :-

Diploma / BE Electronics Chemical Or B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry

Skill Set Required :-

Quality control system knowledge, Defect analysis, Customer Communication CAR ISO-5S, Six sigma , MS Office- ERP Knowledge-Computer proficiency, Communication skill – Excellent

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure outgoing product quality. Zero complaint from customer.
• Ensure corrective measures in case of any deviation in process parameters and consult group leader to implement corrections.
• Daily route cause analysis for production defects / rejection of previous day.
• Prepare and present data of quality review in daily quality meeting.
• Random process parameter and operating guideline follow-up of entire production plan process.
• Maintain ISO documents for process and production. Conduct Internal ISO audit.
• Evaluate new raw material and submit feedback report of every samples/ new raw material received.
• Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
• Resolve production process issues and escalated unresolved issues to Group leader immediately.
• Communication with customers for any quality related observation/ concerns or any quality certificate/document needs.
• Ensure complete ownership of FQC- Electrical testing department (Output- Quality - Machine - Team)
• Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities
