Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited is seeking a Site QA/QC professional to develop and implement project quality plans for MEP works and to coordinate inspections and testing at the site. You will review method statements, verify document submittals, and maintain QA/QC records throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal QA teams to ensure compliance with ITPs, conducting toolbox talks, and driving continuous improvement through CAPA

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct site inspections for Mechanical installations.
• Ensure all works are inspected and approved as per ITP and method statements before proceeding to the next stage.
• Act as a liaison between the main contractor, consultants, subcontractors and QA Department for quality-related issues.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated system quality.
• Attend quality coordination meetings and provide updates on QA/QC issues.
• Identify and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for deviations from quality standards.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to close out NCRs.
• Maintain a log of NCRs and report trends to the QA/QC Manager.
• Ensure all Mechanical activities comply with local codes, international standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare for and assist in internal and external audits.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and work instructions at the site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and quality awareness training for site teams.
• Recommend improvements in site procedures and quality control practices.
• Assist in the preparation and review of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and test reports for project handover.
• Ensure all quality records are complete and handed over to the client/consultant.
• Client and Team handling, Site inspections & Documentations.

Job description
