MAHLE is seeking an experienced CNC machining professional to lead programming, tooling decisions, and cycle-time reduction efforts. The role demands hands-on capability and a solid background in engineering drawing review.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in CNC machining is required.

Your Experience And Qualification

• BE/B. Tech. (Mech/Automobile/Production)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering role in automotive industry.
• Minimum 5 Years working in Machining.
• Hand on experience in CNC programming.
• Thorough knowledge about Cutting tools.
• Strong in SMED
• Knowledge in process capabilities
• Involvement / experience in domestic or international relocation activity for machining plant.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, GD&T, drawings, APQP, PPAP etc.…
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive the team to achieve the goal.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong computer skills, including MS office – Tools like, Strong Excel knowledge and data management skill, PPT, SAP.
• Excellent communication skills: (written and verbal) to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members. Fluent written and spoken English.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Customer focused, results oriented & logical thinker
