Job summary

Tenneco Inc. in India seeks a seasoned Quality professional to lead process quality activities, audit teams, and continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing processes. You will monitor KPIs, drive scrap reduction, and implement Poka-Yoke controls to prevent defects.

The role requires 3–8 years in Process/Manufacturing Quality, expertise in 8D, PFMEA, SPC/MSA/PPAP, and IATF16949. Strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills are essential for collaborating with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering.
• 3-8 years in Process Quality/Manufacturing Quality.
• 8D, 7QC Tools, SPC, MSA, PPAP, PFMEA, IATF16949, Poka-Yoke and audit systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  Computer Skills: MS Office and ERP/SAP exposure preferred.Ability to operate effectively with executive leadership and Board members
