Senior Software Design Engineer – Agentic AI

Experience: 4-7 Years

Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI Solutions Developer to help design, build, and scale AI powered components using Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot Studio Premium, and the Power Platform. This role will partner closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver secure, enterprise grade conversational AI, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions.

What You’ll Do

• 5+ years of experience in software development or solution engineering
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Premium
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (APIs, Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)
• Experience building AI driven solutions using Azure OpenAI and/or Cognitive Services
• Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
• Solid understanding of security, identity, and enterprise architecture principles
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
• 2-3 Years of experience on Agentic AI (techniques, patterns, orchestration, packages like Lang graph, Lang chain) & Copilot Studio Development
• 5+ years of experience Azure & API Integration
• 4+ years of experience in developing secure integrations using Azure APIs, Logic Apps, Functions, and REST services
• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform Solutions with experience in building and extending solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors
• 4+ years of experience in Engineering & Delivery which Includes CI/CD and ALM best practices across Power Platform and Azure deployments
• 3-5 years’ experience in Python.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and prompt engineering best practices
• Experience implementing ALM for Power Platform (pipelines, solutions, environment strategy)
• Exposure to Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD
• Background supporting financial, IT, or operational systems
• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, AI) a plus
