Job summary

Netlink Software Group America, Inc. seeks an AI Engineer to design and build Generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and transformer architectures.

You will create RAG-based information systems, agentic AI workflows with LangChain/LangGraph, and scalable Python backends for AI/ML pipelines. Leverage Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face and other platforms to productionize models, implement MLOps, and deliver end-to-end AI products across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with SLM Models, deep learning architectures, transformers and fine tuning.
• Strong Python programming skills and practical AI/ML experience.
• Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Hands-on work with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience building RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search and prompt engineering.
• Solid foundation in Data Science, ML, DL and NLP.
• Experience with LLM integration, AI agents, tool calling and workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of model evaluation, deployment and MLOps.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face or similar platforms is preferred.
• Good understanding of data analysis, statistics and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings and transformers.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end AI products.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and transformer-based architectures.
2. Build RAG-based applications for information retrieval, document processing, semantic search, and intelligent content generation.
3. Develop Agentic AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, including AI agents, tool calling, API integrations, multi-step reasoning, and workflow orchestration.
4. Use Python to develop scalable AI/ML applications, data processing pipelines, model integrations, and backend components.
5. Apply strong Data Science and Machine Learning concepts, including statistical modelling, predictive analytics, NLP, forecasting, recommendation systems, and model optimization.
6. Work with LLMs, Hugging Face Transformers, Azure OpenAI, and other AI frameworks to build and optimize production-ready AI solutions.
7. Implement model evaluation, experimentation, performance monitoring, and MLOps practices to improve AI application accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
8. Develop conversational AI, personalization, and intelligent decision-support solutions using structured and unstructured data.
9. Deploy and integrate AI solutions using cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, along with tools such as Docker and MLflow.
10. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design AI solutions, and deliver end-to-end AI products.
