Job summary

Haier Appliances is seeking a maintenance technician to support production in Pune. You will respond to breakdowns, perform planned maintenance during idle days, and ensure machines run reliably.

The role also covers ISO documentation, inventory management, and coordinating cross‑department activities to sustain smooth operations. The incumbent will routinely inspect hydraulic and pneumatic systems and track spare parts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge about Mechanical, electrical spares, Drawings.
• Systematic and proper evaluation of Problem, drill down to root cause and solve with concerns.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns when information received from shift Incharge.
• Complete PM activities of machine during no production days.
• Daily checking of machines healthy condition.
• Handle Project in allotted Area.
• Close any safety NCs related to department.
• Maintain ISO documents.
• Manage the contract manpower in shift.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth production.
• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Maintain Hydraulic and Pneumatic Equipment.
