Icare Lift System in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Installation Head to lead elevator projects from planning through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring safe, on-time delivery at customer sites.

The ideal candidate has 10–20 years in elevators/escalators with installation leadership, strong design knowledge, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal defects.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years in elevators/lifts/escalators with installation head experience.
• Strong understanding of elevator design principles and technical specs.

• Proven track record in managing complex projects from start to finish with minimal defects.

Responsibilities

• Manage new installation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project coordination, site management, and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance on elevator design, sales, service, maintenance, and PMO management.
• Oversee elevator installation, testing, and commissioning activities at customer sites.
