Job summary

DELOPT in Bengaluru, India is seeking an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer with 3–12 years of experience to develop robust hardware solutions that meet demanding defence/industrial requirements.

You will design Analog, Digital and Mixed-Signal circuits, apply ORCAD for schematic/layout, and collaborate with firmware teams for hardware‑software integration. Prototyping, testing and debugging are core duties.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech – ECE, EEE, Electronics or equivalent.
• 3–12 years in Electronics Hardware Design & Development in Defence / Industrial / Rail / Healthcare / Retail Automation / Embedded Electronics.

Technical & Process Capabilities

• Hands-on experience in Analog, Digital & Mixed-Signal circuit design.
• ORCAD schematic/layout and circuit simulation.
• Microcontrollers, FPGA, Discrete & Analog I/O.
• Communication protocols: SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, RS-232/485, USB, Ethernet.
• Knowledge of PCB design, hardware testing and debugging.
• Familiarity with DFM, component selection, suppliers and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of reliability, thermal management and EMI/EMC.
• Experience with electronic measurement instruments.
• miliarity with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, JSS 55555, IEC/EN and FCC is desirable.
