Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a Sr. Engineer - DevOps to lead build/infrastructure automation and accelerate software delivery at scale.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and optimize release processes across Windows and Linux environments. You will work closely with engineering and IT operations, mentor junior teammates, and stay ahead of industry trends in DevOps, IaC, and cloud native practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or CS or IT; Masters in Computer Science preferred.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code practices.
• CNCF Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and Terraform certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage build infrastructure across Windows and Linux.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated release channels.
• Collaborate with development and IT operations to ensure smooth software delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.
