Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer to lead CI/CD and automation across Windows and Linux build environments in India. You will design pipelines, automate deployments, and bridge engineering with IT operations to improve reliability and performance.

Ideal candidates bring strong DevOps, cloud automation, and collaboration skills, with expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and GitHub/GitLab. The role is hybrid in India, with opportunities to mentor peers and influence release processes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines in a large-scale environment.
• Hands-on expertise with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in IaC tools and cloud automation practices.
• Strong collaboration across development and IT operations teams.
