Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Architect - Cloud Technologies to lead cloud engineering and automation initiatives. You will design, implement, and operate scalable cloud platforms with a focus on Azure, multi-cloud strategies, and IaC using Terraform.

Strong scripting, CI/CD, and platform engineering concepts are essential. Ideal candidates have experience with self-service platforms (Backstage or similar), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and GitOps practices, driving standards across enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Good years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or automation roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and scripting (Python/PowerShell)
• Experience building/self-service platforms like Backstage or similar
• Azure as primary cloud; multi-cloud with AWS/GCP
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; automation focus
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); GitOps
• Familiarity with ARM/Bicep and Ansible/Puppet
